These are the terms for using Omni. Using a funded action means you accept them. The product pages describe the same rules in more detail.

The service
Omni is a terminal for graded Pokémon cards. It shows listings from other venues, builds indexes from third-party prices, and lets you like a card, set an auto-buy, escrow an auction bid, or open Collector Crypt gacha. Browsing does not require an account.
Omni does not give buying, bidding, or opening advice. Below Market, suggested limits, EV, and Edge are calculations on third-party prices and published odds.
Your wallet
- Sign-in
- Connecting a Solana wallet proves you control it. Signing in does not move funds.
- You pay by signing
- USDC leaves your wallet only when you approve a transaction for one action.
- You must be able to contract
- A funded action requires that you are 18 or older, control the wallet you sign with, and are allowed to use the product where you are.
Money
- No Omni balance
- Omni does not hold an account balance you can withdraw. Each deposit belongs to one order.
- Gacha
- Paid straight to Collector Crypt from your wallet. Omni does not take a fee. If a paid pack is still unopened after 2 hours, Collector Crypt refunds the USDC.
- Auto-buy
- A deposit into Omni's escrow for that limit. The fee is 2% of the price paid, and only if a card is bought.
- Auto-bid
- A deposit of your maximum, plus the fee, plus any seller shipping. The fee is 5% of your maximum, with a $5 minimum, and only if the auction is won.
- Refunds
- Sized from that order's own transactions on Solana and sent to your refund address. See Escrow and refunds and Fees.
What you receive
A card bought or won through Omni arrives as the ownership NFT of a vaulted slab. Omni does not mail the physical card, insure a shipment to you, or redeem the slab. Redeeming it is done through that NFT with the vault.
Asks, Alt.xyz Value, and last sales come from the venues and from Alt.xyz. They can be stale or wrong. A venue’s own buyer-protection process, not Omni, covers a damaged or missing card.
Changes
Omni can change these terms, the fees, and how an order is carried out. The date above is the version in force. A venue or a change in the law can delay a bid, a vault transfer, or a refund. The risks of using the product are listed on Risks.
