1. Purchase agentYou authorize Omni to escrow your USDC, bid on the eBay listing up to your maximum, complete purchase on a win, and deliver the ownership NFT to your delivery Solana address.
2. Full max bid in escrowYou deposit your full maximum bid plus Omni’s success fee before bidding. Omni bids up to that ceiling — never above. You choose the max; Omni does not give bidding advice.
3. 5% success fee (minimum $5)On a win, Omni keeps 5% of your maximum bid from escrow, subject to a $5 minimum. On a loss, no success fee is kept and your deposit is returned after settlement review.
4. Physical card goes to the Omni VaultOn a win, the physical card is shipped to the Omni Vault on Collector Crypt. Once the card is received and its NFT is issued, the NFT is automatically sent to your delivery Solana address.
5. NFT delivery — you handle physicalOmni does not ship the physical card to you. Redeeming or shipping the card out of the vault is your responsibility through the NFT’s redeem path.
6. Delivery address is bindingWrong Solana address ≈ permanent loss of the NFT. Use a wallet you control. Refunds of unused USDC go to your refund address.
7. US-located items onlyBids are limited to items located in the United States so buyer-protection and fraud claims can be handled.
8. Refund timing after reviewA lost bid may take up to one business day to process. Your deposit is returned in full once it does.
9. Marketplace disputesIf the purchase has issues (damage, not as described, not received), Omni may pursue the marketplace’s buyer-protection programs on your behalf.
10. Acknowledged risksUSDC volatility, platform policy changes, and regulatory changes to NFTs/digital assets are acknowledged user risks.
11. 18+ and legal capacityYou must be at least 18, able to contract, keep control of your wallet, and comply with applicable law.
